What customers say?

“ Very friendly waitress and great food. I was in Paris a few days earlier, eating at some fancy restaurants, but I had a much, much better experience here for a cheaper price. The dishes were complex, but the flavors and aromas were well balanced and complementary. ”

- Dani Zubiria -

“ What a little gem this restaurant is! The host is so welcoming and friendly and the food is a wonderful mix of Mediterranean and Algerian cuisines. Perfect!! ”

- Moya Deigan -

“ Delicious food, such rich palette of different tastes, and such lovely people working there! ”

“ We immediately fell in love with this restaurant, by far the best experience of our trip to Marseille. The waitress was incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We laughed with her so much. The food was spectacular; we tried almost everything on the menu, and every dish was delicately prepared, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Definitely worth a visit! ”

- Pau Vallès Muns -

“ I had a perfect Bistro food dinner, with inspiration from north Africa food, together with a delicious latte with date honey and dessert. The service was excellent and cosy! Amazing music choice. The wine and drinks selection was also varied and interesting. I want to return! Joaquim, from Portugal???????? ”

- Alberto Ribeiro -

“ The food is excellent, it’s a beautiful spot. The decor is really truly nice. I think it’s a really different take on levantine / north african food from anywhere else in the city, it’s really special. I think all of the portions are disappointingly small though. They need to change this. Even serve the food with potatoes or something simple, or people just won’t want to come back. They don’t even really give you enough pita. Everything else is great but the teeny portions can’t work. ”

- Tom Newton -

“ When the world around you slips away to the delicate, layered spices and love put into the food, you know this is something special! We had a long and relaxing lunch that was served by the owner/chef who was delightful. Highly recommended . ”

- karen kraven -

“ I went to the bistro with my family and we were all amazed by how the food tasted. We had ordered a lot of vegetarian starters and mains and didn’t know what to expect. The staff were all helpful and accommodating at the restaurant and the all of the dishes were flavourful, aromatic and exciting to eat. It was parent’s first time trying North African food but they were happy with the experience. They are keen to try more in the future! ”
